Midland Heart Limited posts strong financial results for 2019/20
Midland Heart has worked extremely hard over the last five years by ensuring the delivery of customer excellence is at the heart of all we do and focusing on being a truly first class landlord.
Today, we release our financial report for the operating period of April 2019-March 2020 and are extremely pleased to report a strong surplus for the year of GBP63.8 million combined with record levels of liquidity (with cash and undrawn facilities at circa GBP238 million) and we are exceptionally proud to have maintained our G1 V1 and Moody's A1 stable rating.
In addition, over the last financial year we have recorded customer satisfaction scores of over 90%, ensured the completion of 570 brand new homes for families across the Midlands, invested GBP19 million in our current stock and recorded the highest ever level of colleague engagement scores.
These results mean we are in an exceptionally strong financial position for the future and we are equipped with the tools to help face the challenges of the current economic environment.
