                         MICE Group Plc (the "Company")

Appointment of administrators to the Company and certain of its trading 
subsidiaries

Following the announcement by the Company on 5 June 2007, the Board has been
unable in the short time available to reach agreement with its lenders on the
provision of new monies. As a result, the Board has concluded that it has no
option but to place the Company and the following subsidiaries forming part of
the Group's UK manufacturing division into administration:

MICE Limited
MICE Kaymar Limited
Reflections (S&D) Limited
Silver Knight Exhibitions Limited
Ward Design Studio Limited
Artisan Limited
Concept Fabrication Limited
Anglo CIL Limited
LC Visual Marketing Limited
MICE Health & Education Limited
Expocentric Limited
Essanby Limited
Marler Haley Limited

Mark Byers, Malcolm Shierson and Daniel Smith of Grant Thornton have been
appointed joint administrators to the Company. Representatives of Grant Thornton
have also been appointed as administrators to the Group's UK manufacturing
subsidiaries listed above.

The Board confirms that none of the marketing services subsidiaries that make up
the International Division or the North America Division have been placed into
any form of insolvency process.
