    The Company was today informed that Mr S Rankin, a director of the Company, has acquired 156,828 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company at a price of 125p per Ordinary Share.

    Following the purchase Mr Rankin is now interested in 7,333,082 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 47.4% of the Company's
issued share capital and 47.6% of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights after allowing for shares held in treasury.
