The Company has been informed that on 20 March 2009 Mr S Rankin, a director of 
the Company, acquired 502,509 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in 
the Company at a price of 15p per share. 
 
 
Following this purchase Mr Rankin is now interested in 9,103,091 Ordinary Shares 
in the Company, representing 58.81% of the Company's issued share capital and 
59.15% of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights after allowing for 
shares held in treasury.
