hopefully this is the start of a sustainable rise in the share price it certainly moves with ease on relatively small buy volumes and it could well do with a rerate from this level

Debra.......I won't get excited on this one until 2011/12.......bit too early to see the results of their restructuring.......I will only sell earlier if I see any hiccups or the price goes up too quickly

The reason being?

well they were 100/- bid in one place and 50/- bid in another.... with next to nowt on the 'offer'.............so it appears that someone is looking for stock.

I bought at around 5.69...I'm still holding...there is value here, but the catalyst for the share price is the ability to generate positive cashflows and profits....

debra, here we go
current MCAP @4.38p is GBP5.25m
net assets GBP16.5m or an share price of 13.77p
net net assets after g/will n intangibles GBP8.9m or an share price of 7.4p
at GBP60m revenues they can make an operating profit of GBP1.6m which puts the co on a p/e of around 5.
they are cash generative and have secured their banking facilities until oct 2012.
looks pretty cheap imo. the key here is evidently their ability to return to revenue growth.
i will be holding my lot for the next trading update which hopefully will reflect signs of improvement of the restructured business.
looks like management know what they have to achieve to improve shareholder value as stated in the finals outlook, ''Whilst the economic climate has not yet materially improved in many of the sectors in which the Group operates, all of the remaining businesses have clear strategic goals, are operationally fitter and are all focused on profitable organic revenue growth and cash generation as the Group's key 2010 imperatives.We are optimistic that we can meet the market's expectations for this year's trading''.

debra, i'll do a quick analysis of the figures this weekend to give you, myself and others a better feel for value or lack of it. i have been holding here since 7.5p but this purchase was based on the last but one set of figures.

I do expect little interest since the company is in the early stages of restructuring....in addition it is under researched.....we won't get re assuring results tomorrow....only hopes.....I bought on the basis of deep value

Little interest in front of figures which is probably telling us something. Still what little trade there is tends to be on the 'buy' side, although the market in this stock is Very thin. £4k moves the price 1/4p. Oops as i write a seller knocks out 60/- a tad above the bid. Doh! what a wonderful Co. this used to be..........
