At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held yesterday, the special
resolution was passed unanimously.



The existing issued and un-issued ordinary shares of 1p each will be subdivided
into ten new ordinary shares of 0.1p each. The issued new ordinary shares of 0.1
pence will commence trading at 8am on Friday 30 May 2003.
