                            Director's shareholding



The Company has been informed that Michael Morris has today sold 6,010,000
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing
4.989 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company, to the Robert Lomnitz
2003 Trust.  These Ordinary Shares represent the total interest of the Robert
Lomnitz 2003 trust in the Company.


Immediately following this disposal, Michael Morris is interested in 36,130,048
Ordinary Shares representing 29.995 per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.
