Good news for you Argy:

Bonus scheme
The bonus scheme for Executive Directors is structured to reward the achievement of results against set objectives. The level of bonus payable to the Executive Directors was determined by the Group's profit before taxation, performances against forecast and the achievement of performance targets for new business developments. The bonus scheme allows for the amount of bonus to be determined by the Remuneration Committee. Such bonuses are not pensionable.

Mark, is it worth discreetly contacting the instis? Carl Stick of Rathbone and others perhaps?

I am sitting only (!) on my loss from 115p to 68p last November so not as hard hit as others.

Remy,

You have my sincere sympathy and I echo your sentiments entirely. Over the last couple of years that I have been invested in MPH I have found your posts most informative. Must admit, I did wonder whether you were an insider with all the excellent detail you managed to dig up - sadly, it would appear that I was wrong.

Perhaps you would like to join in a campaign to attempt to obtain some redress?

Best regards,

Mark

Hi momentos et al,

Fortunately, I only have a few MPH shares left. However, I am not inclined to just let this matter rest. In my view, this IMS may be evidence that past statements (both public and private) were misleading (or that management were incompetent in their investor relations to the point of negligence).

I am not sure whether a complaint to the FSA or LSE would be effective. I do not think that discussing specific actions on a public BB is a very good idea but I would very much like to do so with other seriously interested parties. If you would like to do so, I suggest e-mailing me by replying to my TMF post here: [tick the box underneath the reply form that says "E-Mail this Reply to the Author" and untick the one that says "Post this Reply to the Boards"].

Regards,

Mark

Just to repeat what I said earlier.

write to both the london stock exchange statinmg the co has misled the market on a number of occasions and if the fsa dont reply within a month seek to make a complaint to the director.

Once the investigation has concluded and if they find agaisnt the company its plain sailing to sure the directors !

How do you know his bonus isn't just based on sales rather than profit? That unhatched chicken is not ready to be counted...

Scunny, Why read a whole balance sheet when you can read only half. I take it the 23m trade receivables go to charity in your model?

Any potential buyer would have to stump up more cash if borrowings have increased since last reported.

Bank overdraft and loans last reported ...£15,718,oo0 add on market cap now of £5 miillion = £20,718.000

Now that means a potential buyer has to stump up over 20 million smackers to buy a loss making crock!

Now you know why the share price has collapsed.

One consolation is that crooked old MM won't be getting much of a unearned bonus this year!

THE MARKET MAKERS AINT GOT MUCH FAITH IN BUYERS ...LOL

As I said in my previuous posts losersd dont need to get agravated at all. Just make a complaint to the london stock exchange and the FSA.

They will have to investigate.

If they agree the co has breached rules its plain sailing for investors to sue directors!

There are many solicitors would take the matter on a no win no fee basis.
