    Meldex International PLC ("Meldex " or "the Company")

    Resignation of adviser


    The Company has been notified that JMFinn Capital Markets Limited ("FinnCap"), the Company's Nominated Adviser for the purposes of the
AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), 
    has given notice of its resignation as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, which will take effect from 17 January 2009.

    If Meldex fails to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser by 16 February 2009, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will
be cancelled in accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules.
