                           Changes in Directorships

The directors are pleased to make the following announcements relating to the
changes in the Board of directors and company secretary, approved at a board
meeting held today, 31 March 2015 at 2 p.m.

 1. Stephen Soos, CEO has been removed as a director of the Company pursuant to
    a notice in writing signed by all other directors in accordance with
    article 27.1.8 of the articles of association. Additionally Mr Soos'
    employment as President and CEO of the Company was terminated. Both the
    removal and termination were effective immediately.

 2. Geoff Turner has been appointed as a Director and Chief Financial Officer
    of the Company with immediate effect.

 3. London Registrars plc, (Company No. 3726003) of Suite A, Honduras Street
    London EC1Y 0TH has been appointed as the Company Secretary to hold office
    with immediate effect.
