Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on 24 December 2014 the Board
approved an interim dividend number 77 for the half year ended 30 September
2014 of 2 (two) US cents per share, amounting to US$5 075 866.02. This
announcement follows the intention set out in the Chairman’s Report for the
half year to September 2014, which was released to shareholders on 3 December
2014.

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on 24 December 2014 the Board
approved an interim dividend number 77 for the half year ended 30 September
2014 of 2 (two) US cents per share, amounting to US$5 075 866.02. This
announcement follows the intention set out in the Chairman's Report for the

The dividend will be payable to shareholders registered in the books of the
Company at close of business on 16 January 2015. The share transfer books and
register of members will be closed from the close of business on Friday, 16
January 2015 to 18 January 2015, both days inclusive.
