Medusa Mining Limited ("Medusa" or "the Company") 
 
          PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS AND CANCELLATION TO TRADING ON AIM 
 
Medusa announces that it has today published its prospectus ("Prospectus") in 
connection with the admission of its entire issued ordinary share capital to the 
standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Services 
Authority and to London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities 
("Admission"). 
 
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in 
Medusa's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market will 
commence at 08.00 am on 28 October 2010. Trading in the Company's ordinary 
shares on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously. However, trading of the 
Company's ordinary shares on the Australian Securities Exchange and Toronto 
Stock Exchange will continue under current arrangements. The Company is not 
raising any funds or issuing any new ordinary shares in connection with 
Admission. The Company's TIDM code on the London Stock Exchange will continue to 
be MML and, on Admission, there will be 187,584,911 ordinary shares in issue. 
 
Copies of the Prospectus are available free of charge from the office of Hunton 
& Williams, English legal advisers to the Company, at 30 St Mary 
Axe, London, EC3A 8EP, United Kingdom during normal business hours and a copy 
will be available for download on the Company's website,www.medusamining.com.au 
shortly. 
 
A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism 
and will shortly be available for inspection at:www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
