Medusa was informed today that, as of 1 August 2011, M&G Investment Funds(2), M&G Investment Management Limited, M&G Limited, M&G Group Limited and Prudential plc (together "M&G") were beneficially interested in a total of 24,550,000 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 13.04% of the issued share capital of the Company and an increase in holding of 1,695,000 shares since the previous notification by M&G as announced on 11 July 2011.
