DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING 
 
Medusa  Mining Limited ("Medusa"  or the "Company")  was informed on 8 September 
2010 that  Roy Daniel, Finance Director, had purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 
no  par value in the Company at an average price of A$4.44 per share. The shares 
were purchased on-market on 8 September 2010. 
 
Following  the purchase of the shares as described above, Mr Daniel's beneficial 
ownership  in the  Company is  1,422,006 ordinary shares  of no par value, which 
represents approximately 0.758% of the issued share capital of the Company.
