23/11/2006 09:13 | I suspect Johnson's compensation package at his new firm will reflect the loss of his share options, volvo. Executives leave behind options every day, so nothing sinister in johnson's actions. I reckon, anyway, he has moved on because a major shareholder is forcing matters behind the scene. I see nothing dodgy in this. It's just business. | pbracken
23/11/2006 09:10 | Vovlo He may have got a very good offer (high base salary, high visibility, sign-on bonus to compensate for the options not vesting at MLS). He probably just got head-hunted. Don't know why Roberts resigned though. | dealy
23/11/2006 09:07 | Why leave behind 4.5m share options at 9p.Says it all to me. | volvo
23/11/2006 09:06 | just sold 50000 at 7.07 may get out completely as I dont like the new mans CV and the way this company may go!! | burrmj
23/11/2006 08:51 | Bit of selling on todays news too.......Seems it's mostly been me..lol | stevi1111
23/11/2006 08:50 | I think even the MM's were expecting a little more buying. | bartdude
23/11/2006 08:48 | Simon......But did you know about the CEO resigning until it happened ? If the answer is 'no' then there maybe other things you don't know about either. | stevi1111
23/11/2006 08:39 | Gentlemen, I do not know anything of a deal. But the shares seem cheap to me - that is why I bought 500,000+ at 7.4p the day before yesterday. Simon Cawkwell | simon cawkwell
23/11/2006 08:38 | Dealy........ What happens if the cash just burns away over the next year or two with the company in no better shape than it is today? Then there will be a small company with no cash left. Get really bad vibes here. Something dodgy is going on. Pbracken.......Agree | stevi1111
23/11/2006 08:37 | It may be of relevance that Turnbull is CE of an AIM shell - I would venture that the recent massive buying of stock by EVO (and EVO wants stock again today) indicates strongly that a deal of sorts is on hand. | pbracken
23/11/2006 08:22 | where's the risk if it's trading below net cash and not losing money? | dealy
23/11/2006 08:18 | Well with no CEO and it seems nobody at all interested in the company I've decided to sell. Something just doesn't seem right here. Just dumped 75000 @ 7.22p....75000 @ 7.17p and 50000 @ 7.1p....Few more to dump yet too Nothing showing yet though. One dodgy little risky company. | stevi1111
23/11/2006 07:54 | With only 350,000 shares, Turnbull would not appear to be have been overconfident on the prospects for MLS. That's only just over half of what you hold GDA isn't it?. If a decent game plan was in place, with the relatively huge kitty, it would be a strange time to move on and miss experiencing the company finally bearing fruit. So a worry for me that the game plan may not be quite so promising. I won't be raising my buy limit for the time being. | wilkie_hk
23/11/2006 07:51 | Sad to see Neil go but it doesn't change the fact that the company has 7.5p a share in net cash and a nice little business in the UK that is stable and isn't in need of surgery. The company needs an M&A expert now, or should be taken over. | dealy
23/11/2006 07:48 | I see it as a high caliber aquisition merchant in the short term. Worry is who is gonna fill the role permanantly. Although with 12million+ in coffers it would be extremely tempting for anyone with ambition. | garey_de_angelis
23/11/2006 07:13 | What is going on here? | andrew7831
23/11/2006 05:41 | I've put a cheeky order in at 7p limit to double up my holding, just in case we get a downward blip. That should at least ensure that 7.1p is our new base level (my historic electronic limit order log is littered with non actioned punts)! I feel a break out is now imminent. Perhaps I should have more conviction and go back in and raise my limit to 7.25p. | wilkie_hk
22/11/2006 15:02 | Nothing like a 12.5% spread to kill it | garey_de_angelis
22/11/2006 14:20 | space, Yes this feels like an investment again. I would like to see decent results year end without the restructuring counted in. This way we will see the true value of MLS including the cash. A market shrewd aquisition before March would also be welcome to show the restructuring means business :-D | garey_de_angelis
22/11/2006 13:10 | The pressure is mounting for the next tick-up - unfortunate timing of the minority Sells this morning pinned it back, but momentum appears to be on our side. GDA, Good to see you in a more upbeat mood. Yes we have a long way to go, but you must be pleased that we seem to have turned the corner. | spaceparallax
22/11/2006 09:54 | pbracken, I see you sold your holding at 9:52 :-D | garey_de_angelis
22/11/2006 09:12 | Steve1111 year end is 30th Dec for them, so they will know where they expect to be profitwise by now and so will others as this always seeps out prior. If bullish remarks is correct from interims that they have exceeded targets they will do well regardless of bids or cash value and even Garey might get his 13p back, this co is now well undervalued and so might attract strong speculative market buying there are many companys out there in nowhere near as good condition in cash or book terms trading at value plus future. | bartdude
21/11/2006 20:29 | Bartdude........9p soon. Some serious buying of the bullish breakout of the inverse head n shoulders pattern today. Seems very little selling now as people are at last catching on to the fact that MLS are seriously unvalued at these levels. In the current market environment where most companies are at least fair-valued (if not over-valued) after the year-end global equity rally, I challenge anybody to find another company that are currently as undervalued as these. Time for MLS to play catch up now. | stevi1111
21/11/2006 19:25 | Big buy last thing, will it get another tick up tomorrow??? at 16:35:59 21-Nov-2006 @7.13p of 2,000,000 = £142,500.00 That is some serious buying. | bartdude |
