06/9/2007 14:47 | Hi Cambium, As you can see, a hive of activity over here ! Hopefully some more announcements to come - this from the interims: "Morello continues to attract significant interest and major new sale opportunities exist for the second half of the financial year". When they said 'major' they meant it. There's been expenditure on launching Pepperio (the SME offering) in the first half which hit profits a bit. Full year forecast has escaped me at the moment - its somewhere in the thread - somewhere between 1.1 and 1.4p from memory, which puts the shares on a fair rating currently, but that's without any upgrades. However, the 2008 forecast was around 2p, so could easily be looking at an imminent p/e of 10 come finals, which will be with us in the not too distant future. With the eps growth flying 2007-2008 there should be a significant re-rating imo if we are anywhere near those figures - that should move MSR into the limelight a bit. | yump

06/9/2007 09:29 | Morello chosen by AstraZeneca as its Global Web Content Management System Morello by Mediasurface has been chosen by AstraZeneca, one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, as the sole platform of choice for its new Global Web Content Management System, in one of the largest content management projects ever undertaken. Mediasurface were short-listed along with four other competitors after a lengthy pre-qualification process. The tender involved working closely with AstraZeneca to produce a 300 point 'proof of concept' as well as successfully delivering a pilot project that built a handful of websites to demonstrate the functional and usability benefits of Morello. Morello will replace AstraZeneca's two existing bespoke WCM systems and a handful of agency based WCM systems as part of their global e-service integration strategy (ESI). | bb4

13/7/2007 10:27 | Yes, good to see. I think the last couple of years 2006-2007 have seen a lot of organisations realising that they if they don't take their websites very seriously, they will come a cropper at some point very soon. The content and functions need to be professionally managed and the only safe way of doing that is by allocating internal staff to do it. Proper jobs with proper titles. Without a pretty foolproof and comprehensive CMS, that can't be done. There's a constant back and forth with web-developers. If you look at the recruitment market, there are more jobs appearing within organisations that require 'web editor' or 'CMS manager'. They used to just advertise for web developers because a fair bit of coding knowledge was needed. | yump |
