The Board of Medgenics announces that on 30 October 2009 Mr. Joel Kanter (a 
Director of the Company) informed the Company that on 30 October he acquired in 
the market 25,000 common shares of par value US$ 0.0001 each ("Common Shares") 
in the Company at a price of 9.2 pence per Common Share. 
 
 
The total interest in Shares of Mr. Kanter and his related parties following 
this purchase is 14,078,397 Common Shares representing approximately 11.5 % of 
the issued share capital of the Company (excluding his interest in warrants, 
options and convertible debentures as previously announced).
