It is quite simple - look at the rns trading statement and you will see tangible liquid cash assets of c£500k - worth 0.1p/share

Asset of shares in gold field with option to buy outright - with what?
Fund raising due.....

Then how to dig out and transport the gold....
Fund raising due.....

Would I pay 1.1p for a share worth .1p, and then watch it be diluted for 2 fund raising issues...?

I have already had a multibagger out of this share and the reserves were not great...

At .6p - or significantly lower - which they will go as all the smart money has left (oh.. you seem to be left behind....) they may just be a long term buy but not now - did you not get out at somewhere between 1.4p and the 1.6p spike.....oh dear

FDosh bought MVC at .44p - how would i be desperate?
Last spike went to .8p and back to .4p - as investors/market realised the upside and downside in the future prospects - I will repost when they hit .6p and buy back in.

The MMs need to pull the price back when they can to enhance their profits. So long as you are long, it's of no consequence.

Jenny...not fun, but shares unfortunately don't go up in straight lines! These levels won't be around for too much longer imo, especially when the expected news on name change, website and sample results start filtering through. Patience as always......lol

Harley...I think that's exactly what's happening today, so some big delayed buys probably today or next few days. Good topping up time...

If backing and filling means a tumbling share price down circa 8% then yes, a bit of backing and filling today - bu99er it.

cash, the picture is reminiscent of CEY when I first got in at 9p (and then again at 25p). As discussed here, already, the geology is rather different and the proven resource in Egypt is now very substantial but then again, CEY never had some of the bonanza grade samples that we have seen here.
It's very early days but when else to get in?
production is far closer here than it was in those dim and distant days at CEY
When we reverse into Orogen and the geologists sign up, we will see a substantial further leg up, IMO

freedosh,

Not sure MVC, after heavy dilution putting the sharecount at 1.353bln & marketcap of over £16mln, is attractive as it was a few months ago. GRL is cheaper than this with a decent measured resource. Also, KIBO look very interesting after their recent deal. Even AME minus the cashpile looks compelling. No doubt the longterm story here is exciting but maybe after the share price has realigned to where its microcap peers are.

I know we are not linked to this news from RLS but it will do us no harm and might make more people aware of MVC linnked with Orogen Gold
