Mubadala Petroleum and Petrochemicals Holding Company LLC, a subsidiary of Mamoura Diversified Global Holding PJSC, has today entered into an agreement to sell its interest in 25 per cent. of the share capital of Borealis AG to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company PJSC, the completion of which is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
