                         LAUNCH OF LOS ANGELES SERVICE

MAXjet Airways, Inc ("MAXjet" or the "Company"), the low-fare, all-business
class airline flying between the UK and US, announced today its first flight
between London and Los Angeles. This will be MAXjet's fourth US service from
London, extending its reach to the West Coast.

The new service to Los Angeles will initially operate four times a week. MAXjet
will operate from the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) at Los Angeles
International (LAX). The following information below highlights the flight
schedule between London and Los Angeles:

LONDON TO LOS ANGELES

MY311 0930-1300 Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday

LOS ANGELES TO LONDON

MY310 1700-1200 Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday

This latest service reflects MAXjet's strategy of serving points across the
United States from London with routes to New York, Washington and Las Vegas
already established. In addition, the Company's fourth service to Las Vegas will
start on 2 September 2007. In September, 34% of MAXjet's scheduled flights will
be between London and New York while 22% of flights will be to each of
Washington, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Commenting on the launch of the new service, Bill Stockbridge, CEO, said:

"The launch of our new service to Los Angeles highlights the growing number of
our destinations in the U.S. MAXjet now operates more routes to major U.S.
cities than any other all-business class operator. The latest route will enable
our passengers to fly non-stop to the West Coast of America providing even
greater onward connectivity to points across the western seaboard and
internationally."

Notes to Editors

MAXjet Airways introduced the affordable all-business class segment, starting
service between London Stansted and New York (JFK) in November 2005. Since
launching the low-fare all-business class segment MAXjet has carried over 93,000
passengers and introduced new services from London to Washington, Las Vegas and
Los Angeles.

MAXjet offers the amenities of Business Class, including fast check-in security
clearance, departure lounges, padded leather seats with 170 degrees of recline
and 60" seat pitch, gourmet meals and an arrivals facility at Stansted, at fares
comparable to flexible Economy Class.

MAXjet offers convenient flight schedules with evening departures from cities
across the United States and return flights from Stansted that appeal to both
business and leisure passengers.

Readers of Travel & Leisure magazine rated MAXjet the second-best international
airline in the magazine's influential 2007 survey. MAXjet ranked ahead of
service leaders Emirates, Cathay Pacific, and Virgin Atlantic, and second only
to perennial winner Singapore Airlines. Travel & Leisure tabulated subscriber
votes in the first quarter of 2007, with voters ranking airlines on cabin
comfort, food, in-flight service, customer service and value.

MAXjet has attracted a customer base of small business, large business and
affluent leisure consumers with significant repeat business and high customer
satisfaction.
