In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Maxima 
Holdings plc, the IT solutions and managed services group, would like to notify 
the market of the following:

As at 21 December 2006, the issued share capital and voting rights of Maxima are 
as follows:

Maxima's share capital consists of 18,111,360 ordinary 1p shares with voting 
rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). Therefore the total number of 
voting rights in Maxima is 18,111,360.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are 
required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Maxima 
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
