Maxima's financial position also remains robust with good cash flows and net debt reducing in line with the Board's expectations. "Integration of DXI Communication Ltd (which was purchased in July 2008) with our existing infrastructure managed service businesses is progressing well. "I am also pleased to report that our enterprise software solution for the construction and facilities management sector, based upon Microsoft's flagship Dynamics AX technology, which was formerly launched in July has now passed independent accreditation tests for Microsoft certification. Maxima intends to issue a trading update for its half year ending 30 November 2008 in December and will issue its interim results in February 2009."
