The board of BMH has posted a circular to Bernard Matthews
Shareholders reminding them that acceptances  of  the  BMH
Offer should be received by 3pm on Wednesday 22 November.

As  stated in the circular, a decision by BMH is  expected
within approximately two weeks on whether a partial  share
alternative  to  the  cash  consideration  will  be   made
available under the Offer.  If it is, all Bernard Matthews
Shareholders will have the opportunity to elect  for  such
an alternative, should they wish to.
