Net Asset Value per B Ordinary Share

The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") today announce that the estimated net asset value per B ordinary share of the Company based on the estimated value of its interests in the Marwyn Value Investors L.P. is GBP0.44485 as at 30 June 2014. As at 30 June 2014 there were 5,008,870 B ordinary shares in issue.

As at 30 June 2014 the closing mid share price of a B ordinary share in the Company was GBP0.3150 and represented a discount of 29.19% to the net asset value per B ordinary share.
