Additional Sterling Quotation on London Stock Exchange

Marble Point Loan Financing Limited (the "Company") today announces its intention to introduce an additional market quotation in Sterling for the Company's ordinary shares traded on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. This quotation will operate alongside the existing U.S. Dollar ("USD") quotation for the ordinary shares.

The Company is adding a Sterling quote (denominated in pence) to improve market access to its ordinary shares and increase investor liquidity. Trading in Sterling of the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange is expected to take effect from 16 July 2019. There are no changes to the legal form or nature of the ordinary shares.

As set out in the table below:

   --      The existing ISIN will apply for both the USD quote and the Sterling quote; 
   --      The existing SEDOL and TIDM will continue to apply for the USD quote; and 
   --      A new SEDOL and TIDM will be introduced for the Sterling quote.
