Marakand has been notified pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1985
in a letter dated 8th February 2005 that Asset Value Investors and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, now holds 5,822,068
ordinary shares at 1p par value representing 5.76 per cent of the ordinary
issued share capital of the Company.
