Yes, the whole share price has been manipulated, what has changed in 3 weeks that they didn't know then, nothing is the truth, the company has misled the market ( to a point) and definitely misled the private investor, the regulators really should take a look at things like this.

looks like someone knew the Rns was coming as when you look back at the weeks trading someone as been selling all week long.

why was the last TU so good and only 3 weeks later not so good?

was it to push the share price up so someone could get out at a higher price before the fall

No longer a holder having been in when it was a shell. I don't like this rns and I don't see it as worth the current market cap even after this fall. A long time until next year's results and now a lot of uncertainty about this company.

Sorry guys.

I wonder if the BOD will cut their own expenses, chauffeurs, hotels expenses, first class travel, house rentals in Central London, all with our money.

There is too much happening between the principles privately owned businesses and the PLC, I wonder if the powers that be will look at what they are up to.It stinks.

Yep and he didn't hold back. It is shameful that the management put out the release late on a Friday. All credibility lost - personally will not look at this company again until there is a completely new BOD.

Is it normal for a house builder to retain properties and hold them as investments. This is the first time I have seen this mentioned and cant see any investment properties held on the balance sheet as at the half year stage nor can I see any revaluation profit booked either.

Looks like the debtor is now going to be settled by more property instead of cash.

Overall if the management are to be believed then all they have announced today will mean a higher profit next year and less cash but more assets.

Lets hope they don't run out of cash in the mean time.

Im going to hold and see what happens.

Someuwin, someulose, that's AIM...BOD tell you lies a few weeks ago to dump shares and the truth comes out now. Avoid AIM.......

Typical AIM, thought this was a nice little share to tuck away but out today on a 30% loss. Need to trust the BOD and tidays statement gives me no confidence. Onwards !

Cannot go out and drown your sorrows on a Monday so they do it on a Friday so at least you have the weekend to cheer yourself up if you held this.

The issue with the options, and I get both sides of the argument.....however, usually you'll see them exercised and sold on the same day...so effectively it gives them a 5% at 70p-a-share cash windfall.

not many exercise and then hold as that requires Directors to physically pay for them

Would have thought a 41 house deal would warrant an RNS.

Whats that worth? £6m - £8m?
