Manroy Plc, ("Manroy"), the AIM quoted leading UK machine gun manufacturer, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2011 to shareholders.

Included with the Annual Report and Financial Statements is the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, which is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 4 April 2012 at the offices of Tavistock Communications Ltd, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London EC2A 1NT.
