Update

As shareholders have been informed, the board is commissioning an independent legal review to address the merit of shareholder concerns regarding the relationship of certain shareholders and any potential conflicts of interest, together with an independent valuation report on the recent Alerion acquisition.

The legal report is progressing in line with expectations and the scope and terms of the valuation report are now agreed in principal.

As previously stated, the overall conclusions of both reports will be announced as soon as they are available and the board envisages that this will be in the second half of June for the legal report, and no later than early July for the valuation report.
