The Company today received notification from Fidelity International Limited and FMC Corp. and their direct and indirect 
subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, that they have an interest in 2,435,624 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in 
the Company, representing 3.54% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
