                             Grant of share options


On 6 April 2004, the Company granted options to Directors over 346,109 Ordinary
Shares under the terms of the Unapproved Share Option Scheme.  The options are
exercisable at 213.5p per Ordinary Share between 6 April 2006 and 6 April 2011:

representing 4.8% of the issued Ordinary Share capital;
