No it means that shareholder list notes the shares held in the shareholders name, his 4m is held in the name of Alegana Enterprises one of his Companies.
The Company's one shows all of the shares he holds in his name or is a beneficiary of.

I see that John Zorbas has reduced his shareholding from 6,569,080 to 219,080 shares. This probably explains why the share price has been so weak recently. The good news is that he has virtually no shares left to sell.

Incredibly scary how much the mm's must make. They can hike up any price they like now and rather than people sell a herd buy in all the way up then most of them sell the stock back for a whopping loss. Hundreds of millions if not billions this year will be swapped over pi to mm

Debt would have increased but shed assets would have more than compensated for that rise. May be some debt covenants that prevent re financing for a year or so hence the delay, or they are trying to get shed construction overhauls completed so the new financed loan can be secured against higher valued physical assets.

Honestly I think it's getting to a point where we should stop mentioning what is moving on twitter because you are just attracting people buying then selling for either a loss or £50 like the 140,000 has just done...£7000 trade for around £60 profit

This means people are selling before me keeping the price down and stopping me making my £25 profit.
