1) Yes, perhaps we should all buy businesses with 1000 p/e ratios - that never goes wrong does it? Erm tech crash anyone?

2) Depends on whether the ROI is greater than the interest rate on the debt? I don't repay my mortgage early because I believe I can earn a greater return by spending money on investments - similar concept. Also MRS ARE paying down debt as well as investing cash - since they are so cashflow generative, you know, with the low p/e and all....

3) 2nd time?

4) The Nomad has not 'resigned' - there is a merger with another NOMAD.

5) Guff and nonsense - possibly considered xenophobic.
