Notice of Annual General Meeting

Management Resource Solutions PLC, a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2018 has been distributed to shareholders together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at Level 11, 66 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Australia, on 18 January 2019 at 3.00pm AEST.

The Company last held its AGM in Australia three years ago and the board considers that it would be appropriate to give the Company's Australian shareholders, who are growing in number and now include members of MRS group staff, the opportunity to attend again. The board recognises that UK based shareholders will also want an opportunity to hear from board members in person and, to this end, an investor presentation will be held in London to coincide with the announcement of the Company's Interim results for the six months to 31 December 2018, scheduled for March 2019.
