Result of General Meeting

Further to the announcement on 15 March 2011 detailing the conditional issue of Convertible Loan Notes raising GBP500,000, MSS is pleased to confirm that all resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting held today were duly passed and certificates in respect of the Convertible Loan Notes will be issued to the placees.

Rodney Mann, Simon Beart, Piers Wilson and Jamie Reynolds, Directors of MSS, have subscribed for nominal amounts of GBP20,000, GBP100,000, GBP5,000 and GBP15,000 Convertible Loan Notes respectively.

The Board confirms that the issued share capital of MSS remains unchanged and comprises 209,802,191 Ordinary Shares.

Terms defined in the circular dated 15 March 2011 have the same meaning in this announcement, save where the context otherwise requires.
