Secured Creditor Quarterly Update

Pursuant to paragraph 11 (Update Calls) of Part 1 (Information Covenants) of Schedule 2 (Security Group Covenants) to the Common Terms Agreement (added pursuant to the Amendment and Waiver Deed dated 3 June 2021 between, among others, Manchester Airport Group Investments Limited and Citicorp Trustee Company Limited), Manchester Airport Group Funding PLC (the "Issuer") today announces that a conference call to update Obligor Secured Creditors in relation to the business, performance and strategy of the Security Group will be held on Friday 1 April 2022 at 2pm (UK time). The call will be hosted by Jan Bramall, Chief Financial Officer, and Iain Ashworth, Corporate Finance Director.
