Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors that the holder of ownership rights over the Issuer, by its founder's resolution, has appointed for a fixed term of five years from 27 June 2024

 

1. Dr. László Parragh as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, and

2. Mr. Balázs Kohut as a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of the Issuer.
