on Private Placement of new Notes

 

 

Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors, that it successfully completed an international private placement in amount of EUR 500.000.000. The Notes have a maturity of 7 years and a coupon of 4.5 percent.
