Appointment of new Finance Director
1 June 2006 - Maelor plc, the specialist critical care company, today announces
the appointment of Nigel Goldsmith as Finance Director.
Nigel Goldsmith (44), a Chartered Accountant, was previously Chief Financial
Officer at Almedica International Inc. His earlier experience was gained in
senior management positions at KPMG and Life Sciences International Plc.
Nigel Goldsmith will join the Board upon his appointment with effect from 12th
June 2006.
In the last five years, Mr Goldsmith has been a Director of Almedica Limited. He
had no further directorships as defined in schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
