The Company announces that Tim Wright, Chief Executive Officer, and Geoff
McMillan, Non-executive Chairman, have each purchased shares in the Company.



Mr Wright yesterday purchased 300,000 ordinary 10p shares, 150,000 at 6.5p and
150,000 at 6.75p. This gives Mr Wright a total shareholding of 300,000,
representing a 0.88% holding.



Mr McMillan yesterday purchased 300,000 ordinary 10p shares at 6.35p. This gives
Mr McMillan a total shareholding of 300,000 shares, representing a 0.88%
holding.
