Overvalued IPO, underwriters sucked people, the same underwriters could be shorting the IPO, as they know they are dud. This is what happens in most UK shares IPO, look how they can smack. Roo, THG, Metro, AML, ......

There is no reason, why founders would not want a high valuation.

The UK is not an investible place for med term investment, certainly ipo.
