POSTING OF OFFER DOCUMENT

Smith & Williamson on behalf of IGC announces that the Offer Document in
relation to the recommended cash offer for MCE has been posted today to MCE
Shareholders together with the Form of Acceptance. Forms of Acceptance should be
returned in accordance with the instructions thereon so as to be received as
soon as possible and, in any event, by not later than 3.00 pm on 22 September
2005.
