RNS Number:5254E Music Choice Europe PLC 27 October 2004 Music Choice Europe plc ("Music Choice" or "the Company") Board Changes 27 October 2004 Music Choice Europe plc, Europe's leading digital audio broadcaster, is pleased to announce the appointment of two Non-Executive Directors. David Rey and Chris Stylianou will be joining the Board with immediate effect, replacing Martin Goswami and Matthew Imi as the BSkyB representatives. David Rey is the Director of Joint Ventures and Cable at BSkyB and is responsible for the development of Sky's Joint Ventures and Cable company relationships. He joined the company in 1996 as Financial Controller in Commercial Finance, before progressing to Head of Finance in Marketing and Distribution. He then completed three years as Head of Finance in Sky Interactive before becoming Head of Programming Finance. Prior to joining BSkyB, David held a variety of finance and strategy roles at International Distillers & Vintners, which is now part of Diageo PLC, working at the company's London headquarters and across continental Europe. David holds a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from Exeter University and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant. Chris Stylianou is the Director of Commercial Finance for Sky and heads up the team responsible for all aspects of internal finance and investment appraisal across Sky's core functions. He joined the company in 1996 as Group Reporting Accountant before progressing through a number of senior finance positions within Sky to his current role. Prior to joining Sky, Chris worked at KPMG as a Manager in the Music and Entertainment Division. Chris holds a B.S.C. in Physics from Bristol University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. The Board can confirm that there is no relevant information to disclose under paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules in relation to the appointment of David Rey and Chris Stylianou. Martin Goswami and Matthew Imi have resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
