                Cancellation of Shares and Share Premium Account

With reference to the announcement on 18th August 2004, Music Choice Europe plc
today confirms that on 15th September 2004 the Court approved the cancellation
of 73% of each shareholder's holding at the close of business on 14th September
2004 and the cancellation of the Company's share premium account.  The
cancellation became effective on 16th September 2004.

Contrary to the statement on 18th August 2004, shares of Music Choice were not
suspended on 15th September 2004.

Cancellation of the listing of 89,716,348 of ordinary 1p shares of the Company,
which is listed on the Official List and is traded on the London Stock Exchange
will occur on the release of this announcement. Therefore the issued share
capital is currently 33,182,912 ordinary 1p shares in the Company which will
remain listed on the Official List and traded on the London Stock Exchange.
