NOTICE OF RESULTS AND UPDATE SEMINAR
London Asia Capital plc ("London Asia"), the Greater China focused investment
and merchant banking group, will be announcing final results for the year ended
31 December 2005 on Wednesday 14th June.
A meeting for analysts and press will be held on the day at which updates will
be given by the recently AiM listed London Asia China Private Equity Fund
Limited, London Asia investee companies and London Asia energy and environment
subsidiary Clean Technology plc.
