Throgmorton Increases Holding
Pursuant to the exercise of 5,000,000 warrants at an exercise price of 10p, the
Company has issued 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each which has resulted in
net cash proceeds to the Company of #500,000. Application has been made for
these shares to be traded on AIM and admission is expected on 22 January 2004.
Following the exercise of the warrants as noted above, the Company has been
informed that The Throgmorton Trust PLC (which exercised 4,000,000 warrants
which converted into 4,000,000 ordinary shares) now holds a total of 7,650,000
ordinary shares in the Company representing 12.8 per cent of the issued share
capital based on 59,729,934 shares in issue.
