Europasia Education Plc ("the Company") has today been notified that London Asia
Capital plc and its subsidiaries acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company
at 5.0p per share on 30 January 2006, increasing its holding from 3.58 million
shares, equal to 7.99% of the issued share capital of the Company, to 3.68
million shares, equal to 8.22%.
