LONDON ASIA CAPITAL PLC ("London Asia" or "the Company")
Holding in company
Following the successful placing announced on 8th October 2003, the Company is
pleased to announce that funds managed by RAB Capital Limited ("RAB Capital")
hold 10.0 million ordinary 5p shares in the Company, representing 21.6% of the
issued share capital.
Further to the announcement on 8 October 2003, the Company has placed a further
150,000 new ordinary 5p shares to meet market demand at a placing price of 10p
per share. There are no warrants attached to these shares. Application has been
made for the shares to be traded on AIM and admission is expected on 14 October
2003.
