Issue of Options



Following the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting earlier
this year, the Board of London Asia has allocated a number of options to
directors and employees of the Company.



Simon Littlewood and Victor Ng, the Company's two executive directors, have each
been allocated the following options, none of which can be exercised for a
period of twelve months and are conditional on their continued employment with
the Company:

*         2 million options exercisable at 16p per share;

*         2 million options exercisable at 20p per share;

*         1 million options exercisable at 25p per share;



Cesidio Di Ciacca, recently appointed non executive Director, has been allocated
500,000 options, half of which are exercisable at 16p per share and the rest at
20p.



Senior management have been allocated 1.5 million options exercisable at 16p per
share, 2.0 million options exercisable at 20p and 500,000 exercisable at 25p.
These cannot be exercised for a period of twelve months and are conditional on
their continued employment with the Company.



Other employees and advisers to the Company have been allocated 500,000 options
exercisable at 16p per share, 3.1 million at 20p per share and 250,000 at 25p
per share.



All of the options granted are valid for a period of five years from date of
allocation.



Simon Littlewood, London Asia Chief Executive, said:

"These are the first options issued since March 2003.  Since then we have grown
from a handful of staff to over forty people working with the Company across
three continents in eight countries.  The issue of these options ensures that
the interests of management and employees is aligned with the interests of
shareholders in growing the business in what is the critical stage for the
Company as we begin to realise the value in our investments and expand our
revenue stream via increasing the range of services offered to businesses in
China."
