New appointments


London Asia Capital plc, the AIM-listed Greater China focused investment and
financial advisory company, is pleased to announce the creation of an Advisory
Panel which will consist of a team of experts in their field to assist in deal
origination, due diligence, on-going management of and exit from investments.


The first three members of the Panel, whose expertise covers IT, electronics and
financial services, and who collectively have been on the Board of listed
companies in the USA, UK, Germany and China, have already been appointed.


Sir Anthony Jolliffe has been doing business in China for over twenty years.  A
qualified chartered accountant, he founded his own accounting practice in 1965
and grew it into a multinational operation with offices in 44 countries and 200
Partners.  Sir Anthony then built a number of businesses, two of which he listed
on the UK Stock Market.  He has held a number of directorships of private and
listed companies in the UK, USA and Japan and is currently involved in major
projects in China, Europe, the Middle East, USA and UK as shareholder, partner,
advisor and consultant.  Sir Anthony works closely with the Chinese Government
on a number of projects, and in 2002 was appointed Chairman of the Special
Advisory Board to the Governor of Yunnan Province, having been its deputy
chairman since 1999.  Sir Anthony was appointed Advisor to the Jinan Government
in 2004.  He has led International Trade Missions to Spain, Japan, Germany,
Zambia and Argentina, and has served as Chairman of the investment advisory
board of ABN AMRO Ventures since 1982 to date. Sir Anthony has been involved in
many public duties including being Lord Mayor of London 1982 - 1983.


Mr Zhang Gang Zhu has over 10 years experience of building businesses in China,
with a particular emphasis on the electronics and fund management sectors.  He
is currently general manager of China Power Finance Co. Ltd, the Chinese fund
management group with consolidated assets of over #4.3 billion and over 700
staff.  Previous positions include Deputy General Manager of China Electronic
Trust and Investment Co, General Manager at HeiLongJiang Huafu Electronic
Investment Co. Ltd, economist at HeiLongJiang Electronic Company, and Deputy
Director of China listed Dalian Northeast Electronic development company. He has
published a number of articles on economics which have won various awards in
China.


Christoph Loeslein has been actively involved in starting and growing businesses
since he was 19.  In 1988, age 21, he received the First Award for
Entrepreneurship from the German Secretary of Economics.  In 1993 he co-founded
DICOM Holding AG, which later became DICOM Group plc, the UK stock market listed
leader in the Information Capture industry. He founded and managed DICOM Group's
first international subsidiary in Germany and was instrumental in its further
international expansion and flotation in 1996 on the London Stock Exchange.  He
resigned as an Executive Director of DICOM in September 2003 but continues to
act as a consultant to the Board and lead strategic projects.

experience of stock market transactions in the US, UK and Germany."
